I blend various therapeutic modalities with neuroscience to address challenging thought patterns, behaviours, emotions, trauma, and ingrained patterns that may be holding you back. As a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) my services are reimbursed and covered across Canada by most insurance companies.

As a specialist in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma resolution through EMDR, IFS Parts work, and Dr. Gottman’s couples therapy, I offer holistic support tailored to your unique needs. I am also trained in preparing and integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy. I currently do not offer the medication, but I can refer you to a licensed provider. I will work with you in preparing and helping you to integrate deeper healing and personal growth during your psychedelic-assisted therapy. With a PhD in neuroscience and a graduate degree in counselling, my approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, ensuring a comprehensive, compassionate path forward.
